Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DeepakEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

DeepakEdge provides a technical interface to Meta Cloud APIs for WhatsApp Business communication. We act as a technology service provider and do not own the communication channels themselves.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You also agree to comply with all Meta/WhatsApp Business policies regarding messaging, spam, and content.

4. Billing & Wallet

All recharges to the DeepakEdge wallet are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credits in the wallet are used to pay for conversation fees charged by Meta plus our service margin.

5. Limitation of Liability

DeepakEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
